As a graduate of the University of Chicago Crown Family School of Social Work, Policy, and Practice—one of the nation's leading graduate programs in clinical social work—I received rigorous training from renowned educators and experienced clinicians in evidence-based psychotherapy.

My approach is grounded in proven therapeutic modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor therapy to each individual's unique needs, strengths, and goals.

Before opening Paz Psychotherapy, I worked in a community mental health setting, where I had the privilege of supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds through anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. These experiences have deepened my understanding of the resilience people carry and reinforced my belief that meaningful, lasting change is possible with the right support.

My goal is to provide a warm, compassionate, and collaborative space where you feel understood, challenged when appropriate, and empowered with practical tools to create lasting change. Whether you're navigating a difficult season or seeking greater fulfillment in your life and relationships, I'm here to help you move toward greater clarity, balance, and emotional well-being.
